pub linocut

£20.00 - £40.00

I made this linocut print after a very memorable trip to the a great Gloucestershire pub (the Salutation Inm, in Ham) where my friend is the brewer. We ended up rescuing a baby bird that was too young to be out of its nest, and just next to where we found it was a great ghost sign that inspired this print.

I’ve hand printed each image, using a traditional Japanese bamboo baren. There will be some natural variation from print to print.

Lino is a traditional printing surface, made using natural materials: wood flour and linseed oil.

The red ink is made in Britain from high quality pigment and vegetable oil.

The image is approximately 60mm x 40mm, and the paper is approximately 72mm x 54mm.

This print will be sent from the UK. Any import taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you’d like a hand looking into this, send me a message.
